Global ad agency Euro RSCG has released a fascinating study on current perceptions of health and wellness. My Body, Myself, Our Problem: Health and Wellness in Modern Times, a Prosumer Report based on responses to an online survey by over 7,000 people in 19 countries, reveals significant changes in how consumers approach healthcare, reflecting what the agency describes as a revolution in attitudes toward health. Among the major findings: consumers feel a heightened sense of control, responsibility and engagement. It’s a brave new world for healthcare consumers – and the entire healthcare industry.
