Culture Class

Whether it’s the Secret Service, Goldman Sachs, Facebook or any other organization, whenever we talk about the actions of a group we zoom in on its culture. What are its values? How do its leaders talk the talk and walk the walk? Corporate culture - and cultural transformation - is as high on the management agenda as it is on the public’s radar these days, as evidenced by the wealth of thought leadership devoted to the topic. Among the offerings: a report on “Why Culture Matters”, the findings from a recent Human Resources Roundtable hosted in New York by Senn Delaney, HRD Consultants and Mullin & Associates/Lincolnshire. Senn Delaney also recently launched SDTV, a “free learning resource for leaders on the latest leadership insights on cultural shaping, innovation and leadership.”
