For All Your Human Capital Needs
There’s a new resource in town (actually, on the web) for human capital professionals, and presumably for all of us who are human capital. The Conference Board has launched a web portal, The Human Capital Exchange™, described as “a single repository for research, data and analysis, thought leadership and cutting-edge insights across the entire spectrum of human capital topics.” The Conference Board is teaming with Knowledge Partners including McKinsey & Company, Harvard Business Review, CTPartners, the Institute for Compensation Studies at Cornell University, Diversity Executive magazine, Cornerstone OnDemand, the ROI Institute, Big Speak, Root Learning, the American Society for Training & Development, WorldatWork, The University of Southern Mississippi’s Workplace Learning & Performance Institute, Career Systems International, Talent Management magazine, Employment Learning Innovations, MediaTec Publishing, The CEO Show and others. Among the first postings is a summary of employment trends for 2012 based on a survey by CareerBuilders. Heads up: compensation and voluntary turnover are both expected to increase.
